Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order, either through USPS or UPS. We only ship domestically in the United States. We do not offer international shipping. You may also choose local pickup at our 4631 Airport Blvd location in Austin, Texas. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- If you require express or 2-day shipping, please call us at 512-904-0209.
- Once the card has been processed the order will be processed for shipment, at this point you may be sent a tracking number.
We stand by our products and if you are not satisfied with the product you receive we offer a 10 day Money Back Guarantee. Please call us at 512-904-0209, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 10 days of the purchase date. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
